Paint applied in a factory goes on at controlled temperature and humidity, in even coats, onto perfectly prepared board — conditions no Seattle-area job site can promise. The result carries a 15-year finish warranty, resists UV fade, and arrives ready to install, which also shortens your project by the length of a paint phase. And because the palette is consistent and documented, ColorPlus simplifies HOA and design-review approvals — a real advantage in communities like Redmond Ridge and the Issaquah Highlands.

The honest exception: custom colors. If the house needs a color outside the ColorPlus palette, our own paint crew field-finishes Hardie properly — primed, sprayed and back-rolled, on the right schedule.
