TPO & PVC Roofing Installation

Both are single-ply membranes with hot-air-welded seams; the differences are chemistry and use case. TPO is the cost-effective default for most commercial flat roofs. PVC costs more and earns it where chemical exposure is a factor — restaurant exhaust and grease being the classic case. We’ll spec the right membrane for the building rather than defaulting to one.

How We Install It

Tear-off (or a properly evaluated overlay where code and the deck allow), deck inspection and repair, insulation to spec — flat-roof insulation is where energy performance lives — then the membrane, mechanically fastened or fully adhered per the system, with hot-air-welded seams and detailed flashing at every curb, drain, and penetration. Drainage gets engineered: single-ply is only as good as the seams and the slope-to-drain.
