How Commercial Projects Run
Assessment first — deck condition, moisture in the existing assembly, drainage, and code requirements — then a scope your building actually needs, not a template. Work is phased and scheduled around your operations, sections are kept watertight throughout, and flashing at every curb, unit, and penetration is detailed to the system. Where the project touches walls, our siding and envelope crews handle the transitions, so the roof-to-wall joint is one company’s responsibility.

Can you work around our tenants and hours?
Yes — phasing and scheduling around occupancy is standard on our multi-family and commercial work.
Overlay or tear-off?
We evaluate moisture in the existing assembly honestly; overlaying a wet roof buries a problem. Code and deck condition decide the rest.
Do you handle the roof and the walls?
Yes, and it's the point: envelope failures live at transitions, and one accountable contractor on both sides of the joint is the fix.
What warranty applies?
The membrane or system manufacturer's warranty plus Side-Pro's 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.
Do you handle roof drains, scuppers and flashing?
Yes — and on flat roofs that is usually where the failures are. Drains get reset to the membrane properly, scuppers reflashed, and parapet and wall transitions rebuilt rather than sealed over. Water finds the detail, not the field.
Can you do emergency repairs while we plan a replacement?
Yes. Active leaks get stabilised so you are not managing buckets while a capital project goes through approval, and we will be honest about what is worth repairing versus what is throwing money at a roof that needs replacing.
