Can you replace windows in occupied buildings?
Yes — phased scheduling with notice, and no opening left exposed overnight.
Windows with the siding, or separately?
With, when possible: the flashing integration is better and the combined project costs less than two mobilizations. Separately works too; we protect the existing cladding at every opening.
What warranty applies?
The window manufacturer's warranty plus Side-Pro's 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on the installation.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Window replacement in commercial and multi-family buildings usually requires a permit, and where the opening is altered the flashing is an inspected component. We pull the permits and coordinate inspections.
How do you handle tenant notification and access?
We give written notice ahead of each phase covering which units or suites are affected and on what days, and we coordinate access with your property manager rather than knocking on doors cold.
Can the work be phased by floor or by building?
Yes, and on occupied properties that is normally how it runs. Phasing keeps disruption contained and lets you see finished work before committing the rest of the schedule.
