Can you replace siding and roofing in the rain?
Yes, we side or roof one side at a time keeping the house watertight at all times.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates and inspections are free, with no obligation. Schedule online or give us a call, and a member of our team will come out, assess your exterior, and walk you through your options and pricing before you commit to anything.
What areas do you serve?
We are headquartered in Woodinville and serve the greater Seattle-Tacoma area and the Eastside, covering King, Snohomish and Pierce counties along with parts of Skagit County. That includes Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Redmond, Everett, Kirkland, Issaquah, Bothell, Renton, Sammamish and the surrounding communities. Outside those counties we also take on re-sides: full re-sides in Kitsap County and the Skagit Valley, and partial or full re-sides in Olympia and south of Tacoma.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Side-Pro Exteriors is licensed and fully insured for the work we perform. We are also a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, a Guild Quality member, and a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor. Our crews are Side-Pro employees rather than subcontractors, so the same standards apply on every job.
What brands and materials do you use?
For siding we install James Hardie fiber cement, including HardiePlank lap siding and ColorPlus Technology finishes, along with cedar, LP SmartSide engineered wood, and panel systems from Nichiha, Equitone, Swisspearl, Rockpanel and Woodtone. Behind the cladding we use weather-resistive barriers from DuPont Tyvek, VaproShield, Typar and Henry. For roofing we work with GAF, CertainTeed and IKO, plus metal, TPO, PVC and torch-down systems for low-slope roofs.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We offer promotional financing through Synchrony, including no-interest and low-interest options for qualifying projects. You can see the current programs and apply from our financing page.
